I like this quite a bit, although I don't like those darker colored "circuit" layers at the top and the bottom; especially since they overlap the environment and the clouds. Other than that I think it needs much higher resolution textures, the fuzziness as they get closer to the screen kinda ruins the REZ effect... But still, I like where you took it. Definitely gives the feeling of an Asian temple.
